The walkway was terrible. They need to do something about it. We struggled to get to the yard.

Was self catering..so we attended to ourselves

The cleanliness of the house...full of spiderwebs and dusty corners. The driveway to the property is definately a NO NO..TO STEEP

NOTHING!!! The place was very filthy, pool was green, fridge wasn't working. I left at 11pm after we were promised cleaning staff would come but never pitched. Meanwhile we were in the car and couldn't take our luggage inside because that house was in an appalling state. I want my money back and for this place to be removed from booking.com

The place was very filthy, looked like it had not been occupied in a very long time. Staff wasn't answering their phones. We had to leave because nobody, I don't even think the staff would have slept in that filthy, stuffy house. I want my money back

the location of the house is okay, not far from most attractions in Harties. cutlery and all utensils provided. Fridges working. the kids enjoyed running around the house as its big and they do not mind the stairs.

The number provided on bookings.com for the host did not get through. So, getting to the house was a struggle as the GPS took us to the backyard and we couldn't call the host for directions. When we eventually found the entrance, we were amazed by the steep up the driveway. There was no one to meet us at the house, we were assisted by passerby who told us were the house helper stays. He eventually came after 15 minutes or so. If you are not a perfect driver or your car is not in a good condition, getting into the yard will be a hustle, too steep. The house is nice and big, but not properly maintained and not properly cleaned. It was very stuffy, and the bedrooms had a terrible smell. Only 2 bathrooms works, dirt and used baby towels hidden in cupboards and wardrobes. Parents could not move freely around the house due to staircases, they stayed mostly in the bedrooms and used side bedrooms doors when we were going out. The pool wasn't clean, we didn't use the swim area. The gas stove wouldn't start on the last day, we couldn't prepare breakfast.

Maxwell is a great and helpful guy. the house is generally beautiful just needs some love.

It was not clean, not enough bath towels and the linen was not clean or fresh smelling. there were spider webs all over.

Beautiful house, with a beautiful view. Interior is tastefully done. Linen was clean.

Very steep driveway. Only three forks in the whole house. All glases dirty. Most of the plates and dishes also needed to be washed. Only 2 of the 3 toilets work and they both are on lower level. When you are on the 3rd floor, you have to go all the way down. Lots of stairs, not for elderly people. Microvawe does not work. Oven does not work. Only main bedroom fan works. Bedside lamps does not work.
