We didn't book breakfast. The location was close to the beach but we hoped to see the ocean from the property and we didn't.

We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the full value of the unit. It was however great to have space to make our own meals and sit outside and enjoy them. The bedroom, bathroom and dining area is very spacious. And the dining area has a sliding door that opens to an outside seating area. It's quiet and a close walk to the beach.
