The Loft was a perfect stop-over for us, and Caroline was so hospitable and helpful, not at all stressed by the fact that we could only arrive early evening. She couldn't have been friendlier, and our dog was made to feel as welcome as we were! Even though it was a chilly morning, the outside shower was wonderful!
