Brilliant experience. Loved waking up to the lions roar

Location with views of the reserve was great.Lots of accommodation and really nice entertainment areas.

Could do with some extra maintenance in some areas.

Very good scenery. Beautiful place

All cutlery was not there. Like a tin operner. Only one fridge was working but also did not freeze. There was only 2x rooms with working aircon. When we draw the curtain in the cottage the whole rail with curtains fall off. The fridge in the cottage smells terrible.

The tranquility and view was so amazing, there's sufficient space to lazy around during the day and just have fun with family. Maria the housekeeper was so friendly and helped us with everything we needed

When we arrived one of the rooms was vandalised by the baboons and we had to clean it up ourselves because the housekeeper could only come in the morning.

The view is spectacular. The house has so much space. Large section is newly refurbished. Cleaning staff were friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely entertainment area. Peaceful and quiet. Couches in lounge were big and comfortable. Great ice maker!

No steak knives, very few glasses and plastic ware. Some showers had no hot water, one shower drain was blocked. Fridge in cottage not working properly. Fan in one room couldn't turn on because we couldn't find the remote. Rooms should have air-conditioning.

Breakfast was excellent. Big house with all required facilities, separate rooms with Amenities, Pool room, Family room, nice braai area and good view. The workers are friendly and helpful. Used the facility for strategy session including Microsoft Teams meeting and although the WiFi was a bit slow is worked well.

The last bit of dirt road is very rough and can be improved somewhat such that normal car can pass easier. A bit of maintenance like fixing the light at the braai area will be nice.
