The facilities were great, clean and everything you need was available.

Nothing really, small.things like a blocked shower drain and both plug faulty, but that was minor

"Great house let down by managing agents."

Great space and location.

Property was great but there seemed to be a lack of communication between the managing agents so I was sending screenshots of previously agreed documentation (including our booking form as the cleaners arrived a day early!).

"Nice stay but needs attention"

Spacious house, nice terrace, close to beaches.

The dishwasher wasn't working and had to be replaced. Same with a few light bulbs. The irrigation comes on at 7am, we asked the agent to change it but received no feedback. These are all things that an agent, who acts on behalf of owners who are out of the country, is supposed to check beforehand. Despite asking for a later check-out, we were told we had to check out at 9.30am and were being given a favour as the normal check-out is 9am!!! Unbelievable.
