African Bush Escape

The outside area to braai, eat and relax in the bush is fabulous. My bed was super comfy and I loved the outside shower.

The kitchen is kind of weird and not “user friendly”. If you stay upstairs, then you have to go downstairs to the bathroom. Gravel roads need to be graded.

The visits from the animals and the house was beautiful. It's a beautiful place

We were called every five minutes being told we were doing something wrong, the security lied on us and we were called again. People were looking at us funny , I don't know if it was because of the colour of our skin but we got a lot of funny looks from the people so we didn't like that , the house was really beautiful though. We did not feel welcomed and it made our stay uncomfortable

Spacious and clean house with all amenities. The pool, outdoor patio with table and firepit boma area were excellent for family gatherings and plenty of animals came to our patio area. Short walk to Kruger river viewing point and 25 minute drive to KNP Crocodile Bridge Gate.. Highly recommended!

Location, Outside Areas, Firepit, Animals coming to visit, short distance to Kruger Park gates, Air Conditioning. We really had an amazing time and would definitely love to come back.

1. The house has a lot of different levels and small spaces to move through, and one person in our party is partially disabled. This made it really hard to get him to the front veranda where all the animals came to visit as he really struggled with walking, and the area is not wheel chair accessible. 2. This was not a major issue, but the rooms are upstairs, and bathrooms are downstairs, so you have to go downstairs if you want to use the bathrooms at night.

The funny steps in the kitchen was a bit odd!

Perfect bush escape right next to Kruger (25min away from Crocodile Bridge gate). We were a group of 7 and stayed very comfortably. Lots of animals came to visit us on the verandah.

Nothing really. The only recommendation is that you take it slow on the road as the roads in the entire Marloth park are pretty bad.

The animals came right to the door of the accommodation which was an amazing experience for the family. It was definitely clean.

I'm not for bugs ND crawlers.. yet I like the wildlife..

Everything was great, the house was really clean and comfortable. The host was super friendly and informative and assisted us whenever we needed it. The wifi was great and strong enough. We saw and interacted with lots of wild animals right from the verandah

There were quite a few power outages during our stay, at least 1 per day. Back up power or solar would go along way in a beautiful home like this
