The lodge is clean have all the facilities I could ask for and the rooms are spacious

The last step on the stairs to upstairs room is too high not equal in height to other stairs it’s a safety hazard I bumped my foot there climbing the stairs

Self catering

The house is quiet, clean, and well-equipped. Many animals came to drink water, but unfortunately the elephants did not visit our home and only passed by nearby. When we arrived on the first day, the air conditioner in the living room was not working. After reporting it to the owner, someone was come to fix it the next morning. The problem was solved quickly and the self-check-in and check-out procedures were convenient and quick. The cleaning lady was also very friendly and cleaned very well. We were very happy with everything about the house

The water pressure in the shower room on the second floor is unstable, and the single bed in the attic has a sunken feeling in the middle.

Property was in excellent condition, modern features, and kitchen technology to make my stay easier like a dishwasher. They also have a washing machine and 2 nespresso machines! Plenty pods provided too. Also saw quite a few animals considering we traveled before the first rain while it was dry, including some babies!

Lovely house, great entertaining area & patio. The watering hole for animals was a plus. Nice to see the animals, although the monkeys were very cheeky 😉. The Nyala stole our dishcloth!! Saw lots of babies. Staff friendly & efficient. There were some items missing on arrival, but were sorted when pointed out. The ground floor bedrooms were lovely & bright. Overall, it was a good stay.

The top bedroom was quite difficult for adults due to the slanted roof. It was quite dark. We found the stairs to be steep but managed. Unfortunately, you get quite a bit of road noise.

Enjoyed the accommodation. The wild life coming to drink from the watering hole was great.

Didn't enjoying going to the main pools at the reception due to other visitors playing loud music and drinking singing and dancing like it's a night club. It's not great to expose kids to that behavior. We hoped the manager would stop them but that never happened which was very disappointing when you want to relax and just enjoy nature.
