Good situation and very spacious

Spacious amazing location and well equipped

Nothing really. Only little thing was electric gate stopped working ..

We liked the layout of the rooms and the outdoor area, a good supply of catering equipment, glasses, plates, etc. The security was good and the location was great, close to Constancia. we had 4 sets of keys which worked well for our big group. Nice alfresco areas & pool.

The floors were very dirty on arrival, we also had a problem with the drain overflowing. ( this was solved but disappointing to have this smelly issue), we also had multiple other small plumbing issues. Mold in the downstairs ensuite bathroom and the lights not working. No curtains or blinds in the upstairs bedrooms. We had to buy fans as there was no aircon and it was too hot to sleep comfortably.

The interior is amazing

The bedrooms, the bathrooms, the entertainment areas and garden were amazing. The ornaments and paintings were beautiful.

The microwave oven was ridiculously small considering self catering for 12 promoted No containers suitable for preparing dishes in oven or microwave oven for 12 people Oven light out of order No oven mittens No whisk I would have preferred an additional towel rail in bathroom en suite to bedroom upstairs that has a shower door opening on to its balcony to ensure that the towels get dry. Bottom rack of dishwasher very wobbly Side plates cannot be placed on bottom rack of dishwasher - their corners slip through

everything was great except of no wifi (we were told that some neighbours were building and workers cut the cable). There is only very weak phone signal.
