The property was very cozy and felt homey. The fireplace is great for when it is cold and the kitchen is equipped with everything required.

I just felt there could be more interaction with the host. We needed a bit of help with some sounds in the house and didn’t have anyone to call

Very comfortable and clean accommodation, it was great spending time with our friends. We were 6 adults and there was enough space for everyone.

Some of the towels and bathmats in the downstairs bathroom are bit on the old side. Getting some new towels and bathmats can really freshen up the space.

The house was well furnished neat and spacious. They provided extra blankets.

The TV was not working. The electric blankets were not working in the one bedroom. On the second day the switch tripped and we had cold water as well as the stove not working. A change of towels is needed in cold weather as they remain damp and don't dry. It is also not very comfortable for the older people.

The facility is very spacious and clean. Location in Dullstroom is good.

As feedback to the agents as the office was closed on keydrop - There was a broken HDMI cable at the TV that should be fixed. Cutlery was not up to standard (knifes and forks blunt). The venue has no cleaning services - would have expected this for the price. A dishwasher might be a good addition to the property. No wifi was available.

Decorated very beautiful, sherry on arrival, inverter for loadshedding, comfortable.

The mold is really bad, it triggered an asthma attack for one of the guests and just really bad allergies for the rest of the guests. The top floor windows needs cleaning, the mold is the worst there.
