Very peaceful, quiet and comfortable farm premises with the birds greeting you when waking up. Everything that you need was available as well as a safe double garage

We had the most wonderful stay! The house was spacious, clean and beautiful. The flowers in the rooms and the complimentary fresh farm eggs and fruit gave an extra special touch! The garden is fully enclosed and very big, our labrador had a blast! The dam right in front of the house was amazing to swim in! We cannot wait to return!

"Home from home"

We had a wonderful relaxing family time together. The house was comfortable and very big rooms. The bedding was first class. The kitchen has everything you ask for. The garden is beautiful and the children had a wonderful time.

"Great stay on a working farm far away from the hussle and bussle of the city life."

Received very easy instruction from our host. They kept us informed and updated as well as options of things to do in the area. The Hosts were really amazing and on standby during our entire stay. Huge garden... Comfortable Bedrooms. Calm and relaxing location. Tulbagh is a beautiful little town. Excellent hike to a waterfall in the area. Very nice fireplace and great braai/BBQ facilities. Lots of open space and amazing bird-life. Beautiful spacious house.

Water Pump going on and off intermittently... Was pretty loud. (even throughout the night) One of the heaters was not working. Plug shortage in some of the rooms (Extension leads would have been helpful) Kitchen Table was a little delicate. Would have been great to have doors other than those leading to the outside and those to the bedrooms.

In a nice peaceful location next to a dam. 5 minutes from Tulbagh. Great Spar there. A large secure garden for our dogs. Comfy beds. Very well equipped kitchen. Huge lounge/dining room with fireplace. large braai area. Found the gas bottle under the oven the day before we left! This was useful during load-shedding. Fresh eggs and flowers in the rooms were a nice touch. Little shop in the corner of the kitchen with an honesty tin was great .

The showers had very little pressure but that could have been due to load shedding. Lounge was quite dark but great when it’s hot so cool! once we lit the fire it was warm and cosy.

"Peaceful and tranquility"

The house is very spacious and clean . Loved the garden and bird life. each room in the house had fresh flowers and we were given fresh fruit and farm eggs that were delicious.

The third bedroom was not set up for adults,more set up for children. Parts of the house are dated.
