Elements Private Golf Reserve Unit 149 or 150

We had everything our stay was pure luxury, Ice machine, Gas stove, the pool, the showers. Open space of the house.

The electricity was an issue, we didn’t have the electricity from Sunday Morning until we left the following day which is monday, Back up systems are needed, most of our cellphones went off the entire 2days.

Doors are broken, Microwave dont work, TV dont work, no wifi, The rooms were floded by rain on our second day

Nice accommodation with nice view and pool.

The braaier did not have a grid so we could not braai. The bathroom in the one bedroom was not the cleanest I seen and only half a roll of toiler paper.

Quiet. Serene. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedding was clean and the outside shower was lovely. The cleaning staff was accommodating when my little girl had a nose bleed and came to change it. There's Padel at the clubhouse and golf.

The ice machine was moldy and dirty. I did contact the host about suggestions for guests to clean out the ice machine before leaving. We had many power outages which was bad because the weather was not ideal. The gas was only filled up the next day. The deck was shaky and my husband stepped through it. The restaurant hours are short and dinner isn't served during the week. (which kind of sucks when there's no electricity). Also, the staff at the clubhouse was not friendly at all... We needed assistance with a battery and they were utterly unhelpful.

The locations was not bad. However, the 15km gravel road was bad more so that we were not informed.

1. No clear communication regarding the gravel road 2. When we got into trouble on the gravel road no 1 was able to assist us instead Tiffany told us she isn’t home n her battery will die ! 3. The host further didn’t check on us the next . 4. They were burn marks on the couches 5. Pool was dirty 6. There were a lot of bugs on the property 7. Worse of all the was no signal on the Tv so all DSTV channels were not working 🤬.

The place is indeed private , quiet which made it easy to bond with my family and the cleanliness top notch. All thanks to our Host who was communicating with us and easy to work with👌🏾

The Facilities are marvelous, the location is beautiful, walking around the estate and seeing animals walking freely was amazing. the location is perfect it is we were looking for. the communication with the host was easy.
