Definitely the location was ideal. Excellent location in Amoundi Bay, next to restaurants, marina and elegant nightlife.

Breakfast service was not good.

Only difficulty was finding the host.

The terrace. Small but absolutely the best part of the property — peaceful (before the restaurants opened and crowds descended), scenic, and the one area that lived up to expectations.

Despite being advertised as a 3‑bedroom for six, it’s really one proper bedroom, an open mezzanine, and an attic with a mattress on the floor — absolutely not a true 3‑bed setup. The living area was cramped, the kitchenette barely equipped (one butter knife says it all), and breakfast arrived cold every morning, with dietary requirements ignored. The property is not mobility‑friendly, taxis are overpriced for the short hop to Oia, and the steps are relentless-albeit great exercise.

The location was stunning, the beds were very comfy, the golf cart to the bay from the free car park was also very helpful. The manage was very helpful and brought us breakfast early in the morning when we had to be somewhere early.

The Nest was a little bit smaller than what we expected and did not have a balcony, the other apartments all looked a little nicer. Try to book a different one to the “Nest”.

Je n’ai pas profité vu que je suis partie mais je pense que le coucher de soleil doit être magnifique

J’ai perdu de l’argent mais j’ai préféré partir au but d’1h30 L’espace est très enfermé. Il y a cuisine collé au jacuzzi, jacuzzi qui laisse 30cm du lit et salle de bain sombre. Je ne me suis pas senti à l’aise et je suis parti dans le premier hôtel que j’avais été et qui heureusement avait un appartement disponible. Les photos sont trompeuses et l’espace est minime.

La vue sur mer

Pas de réception, un personnel non qualifié, des ordures ménagères sur les lieux, bâtiment qui mérite une réfection totale car les photos sont trompeuses…beaucoup de bruits incessants dûs au ballet des bateaux taxis et de la musique forte jusqu’à 23h

A bit dated and needs a repaint. Ceiling heights in 2 rooms of villa very low, couldn't stand up!
