Sabi, der sich um alles rund um die Unterkunft kümmerte, war sehr hilfsbereit, antwortete immer sofort und arrangierte uns jeden Wunsch. Der Austausch war angenehm und alles hat wunderbar geklappt.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht gut ausgestattet. Leider wurde die Unterkunft vermutlich seit mehreren Jahren nicht mehr gross unterhalten. Dadurch sind viele Sachen stark abgenutzt. Die Abflüsse funktionieren nicht mehr richtig, der Boden der Dusche im Bad splittert ab. Dadurch ist das gesamte Bad sehr unhygienisch und riecht auch nach Abfluss. Der Terrassenboden hat unzählige Schrauben die aufstehen und die Whirlpool-Wanne auf der Terrasse ist veraltet und funktioniert nur noch teilweise. Wasser lässt sich nur sehr langsam in die Wanne ein und die Funktion des Duschkoöfs funktionierte auch nicht.

Unfortunately, my experience at *Secret Gem Suites* did not meet my expectations. The location was very difficult to reach, and getting a taxi was not easy or comfortable. Every time I wanted to leave the room, it felt like a struggle. Moreover, the pictures shown online were not similar to reality at all, and the descriptions were misleading. Everything in the online listing was false and gave a wrong impression of the hotel. However, I want to mention that the person who welcomed us was kind and understanding, which I appreciated. Overall, I don’t think I would stay here again or recommend it to others unless improvements are made in transportation access and the accuracy of online presentation.

Oda maalesef pis yatak ve yorganlar temiz. Fakat oturma mindeleri kirli. Banyo çok para harcamış ve otomatik duş takılmış ama insanın içi kalkıyor.
