The view is absolutely beautiful.

The house needs upgrading, especially the towels, crockery. Out of 5 tvs only 1 worked. No backup of tv during loadshedding.

Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und die Größe des Hauses sehr schön. Die Lage am Hang erfordert Auto, ist aber sehr schön. Wlan sehr gut und DSTV Filmprogramme gibts auch. Wir haben 3 Wochen hier verbracht.

Ein kleiner Campingkocher wäre wünschenswert fürs heiße Kaffeewasser bei Loadshedding morgens, da es nur elektrischen Kocher bzw. Kochfeld gibt. Mit ein paar kleinen Reparaturen könnte es noch schöner sein und zwei Sonnenliegen für die schöne Terrasse wären auch besucherfreundlich. Aber wenn man über diese Dinge hinwegschauen kann, hat man ein großes schönes Haus mit super Aussicht und wir würden jederzeit wieder das Haus buchen. Eric ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit.

The best thing about this property is it's location and view. Eric, the host was so obliging and really went above and beyond to make our stay great. Plenty of wood for the braai and the fire pit. Getting us wine when all the liquor stores were closed. And keeping us up to date with the rolling blackouts/load shedding times. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.

My goodness, where to start? the kitchen was filthy, the oven didn't work, there was no hot water in the kitchen. The only outside furniture was a few fold out camping chairs and and very old and worn out table and couch which we never used. The dinning room table had only six chairs that were functioning and the rest where stacked in a corner along with broken side tables. The ceiling fans did not work in any of the rooms. The back door out of the laundry did not lock but had a steel burglar door which made it safe. The place is in deperate need of some tender loving care and some investment. We made the most of it because there was not where else to go. The view and the proximity to the beach made up for it but we really had to overlook the huge number of negatives to enjoy our stay.

We had a very comfortable stay with lovely views, wonderful and spacious.
