Was a really nicely finished and the layout was great and neat and tidy with everything you need .good security and storage for cars / bikes etc

Not within the owners control but sole traffic noise .

Some kitchen items may need replacement (broken handle of pan; large stovetop cooking plate doesn't work). Nothing major - just a few small details.
