Tides Uig Isle of Skye

The location was good, however the windows hadn't been cleaned so it didn't help with the views.

The property had no heating for the whole 3 night trip. Nobody answered our calls all day on the Sunday and then when she came out on the Monday she couldn't fix it and neither could an electrician or Plummer....it was freezing, the underfloor heating was controlled by Samsung in Glasgow apparently and couldn't be switched back on? So it was 13.2 degrees....luckily there was a woodburner in the lounge which we huddled around, but a special 3 night stay with friends caused upset and the owners haven't replied to Booking.com and now Booking.com seem to be ignoring my e-mails as well....It was very expensive and I am so upset that these owners obviously have absolutely no interest in their guests....it shouldn't be let out in the state it's in. Also there was no non slip in the showers...it was like an ice rink. No property should be controlled by a computer without someone understanding how it works and being able to fix it....really shocking management.

Stunning view, fit & finish of the place was exceptional, the fireplace was an accessory I didn't know I needed in my life. A masterpiece of contemporary design that acknowledges its beautiful locale.Possibly the best Airbnb I stayed in. Staff was very friendly and responsive. The attention to detail is particularly noteworthy. Loved it. Would recommend 10/10 and made Isle of Skye a highlight in our Scotland roadtrip. I go as far as to say this remarkable property itself is worth a trip.

I cannot think of anything. My wife is American and noted a lack of washcloths. It may be helpful to add instructions about the fireplace itself or if firewood is included (which it appears to be), but it is fairly self explanatory. Note that appliances are expected to be in cleaned condition on checkout, i may have misread the FAQ and emails but the amount of the cleaning fee in case of this not being met was unclear to me. However the place is easy to keep clean with detergent etc provided.

The house was well equipped, in a beautiful location and extremely comfortable.

Everything! This was an incredible property! Well equipped, comfortable bedrooms, en-suite with every bed room. Well equipped kitchen.

Absolutely nothing to dislike!

Beautifully decorated and fine scenery. Facilities were great. Our family enjoyed the stay.

Perfect view and space here. It was a really good experience staying here. I recommend it to everyone
