Beautiful location with a view over the Harbor.

Steep climb from Town.

Great quiet location, amazing views and walking distance down the hill to cafe's and restaurants. Hosts were very accomodating and picked up and dropped us back (with a lot of luggage) to the ferry.

The location was great but was up a steep hill. We had a moped most of the time so was ok but walking wasn’t easy.

The plot below is having a house built but a problem with the builders so work has halted and it’s a bit of an eye sore when you look down. Steps from the house down to the road have been taken out due to the construction so you have to walk down the dirt track from the back of the house which is steep.

Villa delfin is wonderful! You can relax on any of their various terraces and enjoy beautiful views of the coming and goings in the harbour. It's easy to walk down into Kut where there are some lovely, authentic taverns and bars and it's also a leisurely stroll across the promenade to the main town of Vis which again has multiple fabulous bars and eateries! Vedrana is the perfect host offering suggestions for excursions and activities and kindly picking us up and dropping us off for the Ferry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and wifi is very good.

We don't mind a bit of exertion and exercise but for those with poor mobility be aware that the villa is located up a very, very steep drive and pathway so walking back from the town could be challenging for some.

Exceptional view, nice and cozy house and very nice and helpful houseowner.

Perhaps missing a bit more indoor relaxation facilities. Though most activity is outside it can occasionally rain or be chilly 😉

First of all: it’s a nice ish small apartment. Not very spacious. A bit chaotic like often in Southern Europe. And has a pool and good privacy. And would have gotten more stars if the owners rented it out for an adequate price. But if they charge for a luxury villa, they need to be reviewed also in this category. And there they failed. I write this not only as a tourist but also as a travel journalist who travels for business often and saw many different accommodation with different pricing.

If you pay this amount of money for a week, you want to find either luxury for two or space for four. Both is not provided. The bedrooms are so small, they don’t even have a cupboard. In the whole house there’s no wardrobe. Worst ever: no mosquito nets so we couldn’t really sleep because we were bitten all night. The shower has no curtain and it’ll be wet all over the bathroom. There’s no dining table inside. What are you going to do on a chilly, rainy day? Not even a sofa for four or coffee table. Only a small two seater. The door handles come off in the bathroom. Not nice to be closed in… The pool area is a safety hazard with so many corners and edges - I’m positive there will be a major accident in the near future. Wifi is most of the time not working. Not appropriate for a workation. All in all there’s nothing which would justify the cost of this house. I stayed nicer for a third of it nearby not long ago.

We spent two weeks in this property, we particularly liked the pool area, the outdoor areas in general and the splendid sea view. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is modern and functional. It's also a short walk to the centre of Vis with its many bars and restaurants. The hosts are also very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Maybe an easy idea for improvement could be to provide some shade in the pool area (as it is in the sun all day long).
