We were very disappointed with this property, as it was not accurately represented in the listing. The property is advertised as “beachfront,” which is misleading. There is a full golf course and dense trees between the property and the ocean — you cannot see the sea or hear the waves at all. This was a key reason for our booking, so it felt like false advertising. The photos on Booking.com are also not an accurate reflection of the current state of the property. They do not match reality. In person, the property looks quite old, worn, and in need of maintenance. Cleanliness was another major issue. The showers were not properly cleaned — we had to scrub them ourselves upon arrival. There were also cockroaches in the kitchen, which is completely unacceptable. We were also given the same bed sheets and towels for the full six-day stay with no change or refresh. Basic amenities were either missing or broken. Some bathrooms had no toilet paper holders or soap holders, and several toilet seats were broken. The oven did not work, and there were not enough mirrors in the house — only about two mirrors for six rooms, which is highly impractical. Additionally, the WiFi did not work during our stay. The washing machine only worked for one day, and we were forced to handwash clothes for the remainder of our stay and the furniture was nothing like the pictures. Overall, we feel misled and disappointed. We booked based on the advertised features and photos, and unfortunately, the experience did not match what was promised.

We liked the location, we liked the staff very very much the place was always clean and it was very very relaxing

The wifi only worked downstairs and it would be nice if they could get shower caps and shower mats beacuse when you get out of the shower the floor is very wet and you can get hurt
