The location of the cottage was excellent; lovely views; right across the road from the little Oaks supermarket, Drak Boys Choir, fuel station and restaurant. The host was excellent and extremely friendly, and we loved his sweet, gentle dogs which visited us when we arrived. The cottage felt private and secure. It was not particularly new or modern but very comfortable, and had everything we needed.

There was a lovely fireplace which warmed up the lounge but the smoke extraction wasn't the best. A couple more thick fluffy blankets in the cupboards as a back-up would be great for mid-winter stays.

The hosts James and Estelle were really friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Having Netflix was an added bonus ...especially when it rained.

Beautiful stunning background to wake up to. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds 1 bathroom with a decent shower and tub ( hot lovely water ) The entire lot is so plush and green, park your cars anywhere Outside braaing was soo fun

Location absolutely gorgeous, breakfast self catering so not applicable. The cottage was way bigger than expected and grounds well kept and maintained.

The only item were the beds a bit too firm.

The location was great, we were all very impressed. Peaceful surroundings, good for unwinding.. We got a very warm welcome from the hosts and their dogs.

We found nothing to dislike.
