Amazing Beach House in Algarve with Sea View!

Die Terrassen sind ein Traum. Leider ohne das nötige Mobiliar (vor allem auf der oberen Terrasse). Super zentral gelegen. Die Bougainvillea sind so schön anzuschauen!

Ich habe zum Glück stornieren können, da es in der Unterkunft ganz schlimm modrig gerochen hat. WLAN funktionierte auch nicht. Schimmelflecken an den Decken. Mir wurde drinnen sofort übel von dem Geruch. Schade. Es könnte so ein schönes Haus sein. Ein bisschen wirkt es so als seien die Großeltern gestorben und dann wurde alles einfach so gelassen.

The location of the property was good as we come to Praia de Luz quite a few times. The Terrace was lovely.

The property furniture in the living room is very old and uncomfortable. It is obviously the old family home with very dark furniture and very dark depressing pictures on the wall. The electrics are very dodgy and one lamp blew on me and I got soot on my fingers. Lucky it wasn't a child. Next door is a building site so lots of noise. The rooftop terrace is lovely with a good view but beware there is a steep spiral staircase to get up there, not good after a few wines!! The place was so bad as we were scared of the electric we moved out!!

What a wonderful place! Our stay at Vila Flor truly felt like a little piece of paradise. The house is full of charm with its traditional Portuguese interior – full of character, some pieces old or even antique – and we absolutely loved it. The terrace quickly became one of our favorite spots: surrounded by blooming bougainvillea, it’s simply a dream! A perfect place to relax, read, or enjoy the sun. And then there’s the incredibly steep spiral staircase leading up to the rooftop – an adventure in itself, but the view from above is more than worth it. The Algarve is breathtaking here: spectacular cliffs, hidden coves, stunning beaches – Luz and its surroundings have completely enchanted us. After long days of exploring, we appreciated the comfort of the modern showers and bathrooms – a perfect balance of tradition and convenience. Pedro, thank you for your warm hospitality – we’re already looking forward to coming back. We love it!

This was our second visit to the villa. The location is fantastic, right on the edge of town and an easy walk to numerous cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed the slightly unusual combo of a pizza and curry restaurant right around the corner. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

It was a particularly cold time in the Algarve and we struggled to heat the villa up - not really the fault of the villa, but we were a bit cold. There is building work taking place on the site next door - the digger starting at 9am each morning meant we could not have our breakfast on the terrace (although to be honest, it was a bit cold to be eating outside anyway!).

Large House with private areas and wonderful plants. Quiet but near to the coast and the center.

Outdoor sun lounger and seat cushions should be replaced. Noisy neighbourhood because of a hotel construction site

Goede ligging, ruim, prima keuken, goed bed.

Het huis kan hier en daar wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Ook een grondige poetsbeurt kan geen kwaad maar dan zonder die vreselijk sterk geurende chemische poetsmiddelen uit bv spuitbussen.

It is a cozy house in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We enjoyed the view from the terrace in the morning with cup of coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine.

Location and space excellent, has everything needed for relaxing stay

Spectacular location. Uniquely decorated to give a local homely feel. Was great for our family trip. Everything is within a short walk. The rooftop is a beautiful place to have a drink and enjoy the views. Would recommend.
