The house is maintained at a very reasonable level. The upper floor where the kitchen is relatively well maintained but quite old. Hot water problem in the shower on both floors. The rooms on the lower floor are of a reasonable size but with a mold problem due to dampness. The carpets in the rooms are soaked with water and the smell in the rooms is terrible. The Beach needs a massive overhaul in my opinion

We were 8 people traveling on bikes. There wasn’t parking for us. We could not park the bikes in the street due to the slope. Fortunately the owner gave us her parking in front of her garage. The kitchen and living room is to small
