Elizabeth was the best host of our trip. she provided all the info that we could have asked for. she arranged our rides and the staff helped with bringing our luggage to/from all the steps of Santorini. The apartment had outstanding views too.

The cats in the area like to spray things, so do not leave towels or clothes outside to dry.

The localization of the Cave House is perfect. Right in the middle of Oia. Close to the best sunset spots.

Location was extremely good and the amenities were nice. Breakfast was excellent.

The size of room is too small.

The location was great, very near the Main Street with restaurants and shops. The spa pool was nice as well but does take a while to heat up. Having someone help with the bags too and from room was nice as quite steep.

Our main complaint was mentioned but not actioned. That is that it is a nice idea to have some bean bags outside the room however every night this attracted local cats to urinate and defalcate on and around them. This smell then entered the room which made for an unpleasant time in the room. Elizabeth seemed to not understand this issue which was a shame. The housekeeper arrived on the first morning quite early knowing we had arrived really late the night before so maybe some communication would help with this. I did also notice that there was some body scum in The Spa and the rim, see photo, which suggests it is not cleaned and emptied in between visitors as i saw other operators doing.

The location and view were excellent.
