This property was recommend with kindness by booking.com after having an extreme dissatisfaction entering/ seeing the first booking/ property in Bari. This was supposed to be something better however this property doesn’t meet the suggested standards. In the description there is no mention of stairs!? Very misleading… Upon entering you are greeted by a smelly kitchen, accessing the bedrooms and shower you need to climb many sets of stairs which are steep and narrow, the handles aren’t strong nor the panel on the left( similar panels are used in gardens for plants). My sister who is tall and has a knee problem, faces considerable difficulties in this accommodation.

The smelly damp kitchen. Shower located on top floor. Many steep and narrow stairs to access the bedrooms and shower. Not safe. For people that are asthmatic or are tall and have knee problems this felt very insecure, and painful.

It was very clean. The location was perfect- in the center of the old town and it was very quiet. The staff was very kind and polite.

First of all, we were amazed by the effort prepared for the facility, the house was very clean when we arrived. It was very valuable for us that they took care of the slightest problem immediately and even came over and took care of our problem. There were all kinds of tools that could be needed in the house.

There is nothing we don't like about the house, but the fact that the area where the house is located is in old town, and the neighbors sit outside until late in the summer and talk loudly at night, It also makes you sleep late at night too :)

It was in the old town, very authentic and decorated in a vintage style.

it was dirty ! it was very cold and no heating worked couldn’t boil the kettle the downstairs toilet wouldn’t flush towards the end of our stay . weirdly people’s luggage was in the apartment and they knocked on the door and asked for there luggage. No one told us anything about this. My bed had two springs that I kept getting my foot snagged. Towels all over the floor . On a positive note she did allow us to leave our baggage in advance. Smell from upstairs bathroom was overwhelming with mould.
