"Just uploading some of the faulties but there are more to show . The whole house needs renovation"

Close to shops

The house has broken walls ,the flooring is not great And the same for the cot as well , the TV is not working display is broken , no parking slot.the inbuilt cupboards in the bathroom and bedroom is faulty . No basic things in the bathroom ( tissue, handwashing etc )

"Rubbish and Advice people to steer well clear of this one."

Nothing

It was dirty, walls falling apart, decor bad. Marks everywhere, pillows stunk. And they have the audacity to ask for a £250 deposit, which is not made clear at all, then keep it for 10 working days, then when you get it returned it says can take up to 15 days to show in your bank. I’ve stayed in 1000 times better properties and am not asked for a deposit, never before.

"RIDICULOUS"

We have been asked for a £250 of security bond which is most twice of the staying fee, this is totally unacceptable and nonsense. (The property stated hundreds of hidden policies and rules, and they didn’t tell us before making the reservation. Once we paid the staying fee, they started to announce their money robbing policies)Lots of unreasonable stuffs were required after the reservation like ID checks and submit form for 7 people.. The house was old and uncleaned, the kitchen was literally a mess all the dishes and cutleries are full of stains. Then, checkin at 6, checkout at 10 this is F-word/ing non reasonable. Everything in the house was old and filthy. The worse one I have never ever ever ever been being in!
