Lovely 3 bedroom cottage with excellent new kitchen and large dining area and living room. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. The property wasI convenient to areas outside Bath , like Bradford on Avon. The outside garden area would have been lovely to use if the weather is nice. Overall a happy weekend for us

Not much as we expected to have only 1 car space .

Bedrooms quite small. Double bed was sagging and mattress needs replacing. Parking for the second car was not easy. Garden needs heavy pruning.

Very comfortable beds and bedding, well equipped kitchen, big kitchen table and plenty of space to sit around it; big refrigerator with freezer and a small one in the kitchen; good shower and plenty of hot water. Overall “home from home “ experience - definitely one to recommend.

location was great , easy access to Bath . all details in the house were clean and very tidy and the beds were comfortable and warm

there is just one parking place which could be a worry if you have several cars, but there is a main road nearby

wonderful house. great hosts. has all that you need.

beds were a bit old and very soft. parking area needs to be maintained as you walk straight into deep mud puddle from car.
