The house is quite spacious, with two large bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped, except for a microwave, and as for the location, it is in a quiet neighborhood and has a parking spot in the yard.

The landlady behaved as if we had forced her to rent us the house. Her attitude was far from desirable, and she was not focused on resolving potential issues. For example: • We were required to recycle, which is great, but we weren’t provided with special bags to do so. • The house was very cold, and we had to sleep wearing sweaters. Even though we reported this issue, no action was taken. • There was a bad smell in the house, caused by mold and humidity. • The bathrooms were in poor condition in terms of cleanliness, with hair that wasn’t ours and, most unpleasantly, a dirty toilet bowl, as can be seen in the attached picture. • There was a coffee maker, but no capsules were provided, nor any assistance in identifying the type of capsules needed. • Initially, we informed her we would arrive around 4:00 PM, but later decided to make the most of the day and explore Bari since it takes a while to reach the city from the accommodation. We messaged the landlady, letting her know we would arrive between 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM. Her response was that check-in is only until 8:00 PM, even though this was not stated anywhere—it only said check-in is after 3:00 PM. • They asked for documents for our 6-year-old child, which I found unusual, as no one has ever requested that before.

Everything you need. Close to Bari center by car and in a very good neighborhood. Recommended to especially families and friend groups.

Very helpful host and communicative. Thank you. Location a bit far from everything without a car but we managed.

Lively house and well equipped

Great house. Vegetation and interior design were impressive. I have seen such gardens only in florida

Need car to visit. The nearby beach is literally on a cement slab or rocks. Very shocking to those who come from romania/bulgaria/greece. We have sandy beaches, good for children. Also, shocking, restaurants în the area are closed from 15-20! Very different from the rest of the world...

the house is wide and bright. the rooms are big. The kitchen is well equipped, it doesn't have a microwave, but in Europe people really cook. the bathrooms are great. the house has a large outdoor area. Rossana is very attentive. the bed and bath linen is of quality. the elaborate decoration.

My only complaint would be the lack of international channels on TV. If they exist, we don't know how to use them. all the programming was in Italian and with children this didn't work but we had a tablet and it worked. the internet when everyone is using it becomes slower

This property is conveniently near the airport for easy in/out. It is a secure facility with double gates. There are two full bathrooms, one for each couple! The kitchen is excellently equipped and ample space outdoors to dry any laundry that can be done on-site. Bari is also a great base for day visits to places such as Lecce, Taranto, Matera. We also enjoyed a visit to nearby Bitonto.
