"Exceptional"

Fantastic experience - beautiful, well equipped (it even had a sauna!) cave-home with super spacious bedrooms. Very welcoming host. Super calm and relaxing, even more so if one takes advantage of the nearby hammam (massage also available, not tested)

"A great experience"

We had a great stay. staff was really friendly and helpful. Never stayed in a cave before. Pool was closed due to end of season. Restaurant was open on our arrival. We had a meal there and it was amazing and large portions. Unfortunately it was then closed so didn't had a chance to try breakfast. Baza was a great little town with lots to see and do. Great atmosphere and very friendly locals.

The place could do with some tlc. Our courtyard had bits of concrete missing. Outside furniture missing and broken. Kitchen utensils weren't very clean and miss matched. Duvets didn't have a duvet cover on

"Disappointed"

The thought of staying in a cave.

Our payment was cancelled and noone met us. There were cats roaming the place and everything looked deserted. The pool was green too. We waited for 20mins before leaving and was finally contacted by the host who was sarcastic in his comments. Don't bother with this .- go to elsewhere.
