LITTLE HOUSE - Perfect for exploring The Broads

Lovely spacious well appointed cottage in great location, with helpful and friendly hosts

Beautiful property, clean, spacious, kitchen best equipped we have seen in a holiday property! in a good location for visiting the Broads and the coast. Owners really nice and friendly, greeted us when we arrived and spoke to us a couple of times during our stay. Recommended some lovely places to eat and visit. Would definitely stay again.

Only a small outdoor area to sit although big enough for us as a couple. Owners are developing a new outside area. If done as nice as the rest of the property it will be fab addition.

The house was perfect for our needs. The only criticism is that the key lock box was difficult to access for older people (very low on the ground), and didn't open readily.

Excellent one bedroom self contained 'Little House' modern, clean, bright with plenty of space. Lovely Lounge area with L shape Sofa TV and dining area with table and chairs attached to the kitchen. Very well equipped and a lot of thought, time and effort has gone into this property and it shows. Quiet hidden location off the road next to the main house. Wonderful hosts who came to make sure all was OK and went above and beyond. Highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area.

Unfortunately the Internet never worked, and I was relying on it for a connection to Spain via WhatsApp to speak to my parents

This "Little House" was a "Great" surprise. Lovely home and ambience very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay as it was the perfect choice for our needs. The location was superb for our weekend requirements and we could easily have stayed a week and explored more. The hosts were available and tried to help us when required. We are very pleased we found the "Little House" and would like to return.

TV's not working but host on site surprised and very apologetic and tried to fix it. Found out reception was compromised by newly completed roof so will hopefully be fixed for new clients. The bed, for our purpose, would probably benefit from a new mattress, but might suit other clients. I suppose these are not really dislikes, but our opinion of our stay.

Unfortunately, the WiFi was spasmodic, although the host did try and rectify it. Also couldn't watch the TV due to roofing works the week before. I contacted the host, who said she had messaged me to notify me. I received a message just after my phone call to her. I think they should have contacted us earlier so we could have cancelled and rebooked somewhere else because tv was quite essential to us. However, they did offer us a full refund of which we accepted 50%.

Such a spacious modern space. Communication with the hosts was excellent, always clear prompt replies to any of my questions. It was so ideal for us as we were going to a wedding at Fishley Hall. We arrived later than originally planned and the hosts were absolutely fine with that and we used the lockbox to access the keys and let ourselves in. I thought it was so lovely they left us some treats because they had to do a bit of drilling which wasn't a bother to us at all. If I'm ever in Acle again, I will 100% be staying here again.

Lovely clean and modern little house with all the facilities, including the kitchen having all the essentials. Was all very clean. Location quiet and easily accessible. Would have happily stayed longer :)

Sofa bed would be a tight squeeze for 2 (unless we missed something). The property is opposite to the owner's house, but we didn't find this to be a bad thing.
