Wonderful property which has everything you need Based on the edge of the town giving easy walk into all the amenities Very quiet and beautiful decor and tranquil gardens Great place as a base to travel to the coast and Norwich

We had everything we needed

The little house was perfect, for what we needed the shower was amazing and the house is sound proof from the outside world even though it’s in a quite area any I notice that there was cars from the main house when we woke up that wasn’t there when we went sleep and my partner is the lightest of sleeper and she couldn’t hear them coming down the stoned driveway, perfect location to go everywhere we wanted the broads, Great Yarmouth, Norwich castle it didn’t matter where we wanted to go every where seemed 20 minutes or so away by car, at the end of Damgate lane was the perfect spot to watch the sun rise I would definitely recommend and when I come back will definitely be staying here again,

Clean, spacious and comfortable and reasonably well equipped for preparation of meals.

Total absence of host throughout our stay even though she lived across the driveway from The Little House.

This was a really good location with most of the Broads within 20-30 minutes' drive or less and the train to Norwich or Great Yarmouth only a 5 minute walk away. The accommodation was very comfortable, very clean and very quiet and had everything that we needed. Nee was on hand to deal with any queries that we had and was really friendly and helpful.

It would have been helpful to have had a night light beside each 3-step rise of steps for making middle of the night bathroom visits a little easier!

A really beautiful place, incredibly clean. Probably one of the most immaculate places I've stayed! Very well stocked with all you'd need for a few days from home. Acle is a lovely town with shops and great pubs close by. Lovely walks in the area and close to the train station.

The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Perfect location and the host was polite and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
