Easy to find. House is slightly bigger than normal terrace house. House near to laundry and also Arau Matriculation Center.

"not a good place to stay. please fix the problems before letting people rent the place"

air conditioner did not work in a small room. No remote control for ac in a bigger room. And the remote control for a small room did not work. Bathroom door at the back couldn't lock. water at the sink in the bathroom was so slow.
