Kaya Apart

Отличная квартира. Очень отзывчивый хозяин. Есть посуда для готовки. Удобное расположение, если вы на машине.

Kaya Apart was echt super goed. De locatie was geweldig, iets buiten centrum van Kas waardoor lekker rustig. Je kan de auto naast het huisje parkeren. Het huisje was erg goed alles is aanwezig, bedden zijn echt super, keuken is erg uitgebreid met veel keukenspullen. De eigenaar, Ibrahim, is fantastisch. Hij doet er alles aan om het verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken. Ik kom hier zeker terug, echt geweldig!

It's very nice and calm place. Small supermarket and restaurant that serves delicious breakfast are just a few minutes on foot. No problem with parking place and checking in and checking out. The ownes are very helpful and friendly. The house is very comfortable.

Bathroom need to update

19 - 23 June 2023 - Ibrahim (who speaks English) and his parents (who didn't) were very helpful and kind! We communicated with Ibrahim via WhatsApp and in person. Anything extra we needed was provided or Ibrahim helped very quickly if something occurred. - I liked that this apartment had a washing machine, Ibrahim provided washing powder and it was possible for me to use 2 laundry racks. - I liked that there was an additional small bathroom. If we closed the door to the bedroom (with access to the walk-in shower) it was still possible to use it without disturbing my partner who had a nap. This small bathroom was accessible from the living room. - Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. - They provided us with a dish rack, washing-up liquid, a sponge and a tea towel. - I booked this apartment because I avoided booking apartments in Kas on steep hills. We liked the Kaş Belediyesi Halk Plajı. This apartment is outside of Kas. There are two main routes you can get there. - From D400 the road was under construction and was covered by gravel. Luckily it was possible to drive on it. It meant, however, to drive slowly. And, other cars and trucks passing the apartment created more noise. - The other road towards Kas is a narrow, somewhat serpentine road with potholes. We used it only once. There are two apartments on the upper floor which are accessible from the outside by stairs. The parents of Ibrahim live on the base floor of the building. We were lucky to be the only guests for 3 nights. It meant we didn't have to park the car closer to the house but were allowed to leave the car on the driveway closer to the road. It was more convenient as there wasn't much room to turn the car and there was a curve in the driveway. The other advantage we had without other guests is that it was quieter. As soon as they arrived we realised that there is not much sound insulation between the two apartments. Additionally, we had to move the car closer to the building and park so that we left enough place for the car of the other guests. There wasn't much room but it was doable. There were many imperfections in the apartment e.g - The bathroom with a toilet and shower was for me the most uncomfortable thing. That's a literal "walk-in" shower, meaning the water is all over the place. It's great that there was equipment to push the water towards the shower drain, but it took considerable time. I would prefer not to do that when paying 72 EUR per night. - There was a small coffee saucepan / Turkish coffee pot which we wanted to use to warm up smaller amounts of liquid. It wasn't possible to put this on the gas hob (with 4 burners) because the bottom of the pot was too small and fall into the hole. - There was a gas cylinder burner under the sink in the cupboard. It meant having no place for trash.

We were very impressed with our stay at Kaya Apart. It is only about 10 minutes from the center of Kaş in a quiet area, with parking included. Our apartment was large, and very clean. There were multiple A/C units for hot months. The staff at went out of their way to ensure they met us on arrival, knew where to park, and had a nice room. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to any guest!

Everything, the appartement is beautiful and Ibrahim is a great host!

Basic things like pepper, oil, vinegar could be offered as it is very inconvenient to buy that for a short stay.

Everything! Very clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet.

Possibly have laundry soap available for guests to either use or purchase from you. Hard to find a small package for purchase when traveling.
