Casa Marylisa

Great location for a short stay. We arrived by ferry and it was an easy walk to Casa Marylisa. The owner promptly responded to emails/texts and as soon as we let her know we arrived, she was there in 2 minutes to hand over the keys. Her English is limited but sufficient to communicate, and it worked easily to use google translate for written communication. The neighborhood is authentic Italian and not touristy, with a lively and fun atmosphere as we explored the Old Town on a Friday night. Highly recommended.

Slightly dated but comfortable

The information is misleading regarding parking. There is no place to park nearby. The closest parking is 800 meters away, and it costs €14.

An easy walk from the ferry terminal, beautiful balconies overlooking a delightful coffee shop. Big bedrooms, the washing machine was a great bonus. The power in the shower is great but left us feeling bad as the drain couldn’t keep up! Quiet at night time. We loved exploring the old town. Would definitely recommend. Easy communication with the owner.

Location was great, very close to the city center. Rooms were very clean and nice equipped. Parking lot is close by.

The navigation led us to another house with the same number, and we apparently weren't the first, as the resident of the house with the same number scolded us terribly.

The apartment is perfectly located for access to the old town and the port. The beds are very comfortable and the facilities are spacious and clean.

The only downside was the significant noise from the neighbours upstairs until midnight. Hopefully, this was an unusual night.....

Great location, extremely clean, comfy. It had all you need. The only caviat is that it has quite a thin walls and you might hear neighbours - during our stay, the first night was great, but on Sat night, a dog was barking for the several hours (not sure from where), it was like having him right next to my head, earplugs recommended. Other than that, i can only recommend!
