La pulizia in bagno (tubi lavandino sporch); divano in soggiorno con cuscini andrebbero rigenerati. TV troppo piccola per una stanza cosí grande. Per il prezzo (quasi 100€ per una notte) ne vale se si va in 4 e cucini in casa.

great location, very roomy accommodation, clean and modern, host was friendly and helpful

no fault to owner of accommodation, but the halls of building smelled horrible, the tenants below (non Italians) very dirty spaces and not good cooking smells when you open windows. The bed and pillows were a bit hard (personal taste)

Беше топло и сравнително чисто. Локацията е близо до Бари Чентрале.

Шалтетата изглеждаха мръсни, наложи се да ги изпера. Нямаше достатъчно хавлиени кърпи. В хладилника имаше отворена бутилка вино, като някакво подаяние ?! Или я махнете или сложете цяла! Нямаше кафе машина, само една раздрънкана кафеварка. Малки неща, които (не)правят престоя приятен. 😞

L appartement est très agréable, spacieux,propre,joliment décoré,clair,bien aéré et parfaitement situé.

Quelques petits manquements...pas de petits gestes qui facilitent le quotidien ( balai, éponges,torchon, un peu d aide culinaire basique,sel,poivre, vinaigrette) Pas de tabouret dans la cuisine,ni de chaise dans la chambre,et pas de tapis de bain dans la salle de bain.. Nous aurions apprécié quelques dépliants et indications pour se déplacer. Pas de mode d emploi pour la cafetière et le micro onde. Pour le troisième lit ,pas de literie. Nous avions demandé trois lits séparés.

Bezproblémový kontakt s majitelem, vše čisté, funkční.Bylo poskytnuto vše co ubytování nabízelo.Lze doporučit.do ubytování lze dojet autobusem č.16, který stojí za rohem.

Hluk z ulice v nočních hodinách a od sousedů ze shora,v lokalitě je více přistěhovalců.
