close to the centre, clean and comfortable

The apartment is wonderful , full of facilities for cook by ourselves . We didnot meet the host but she / he prepared the apartment in very good condition : well clean, big apartment ( enough for 4 persons) , very nice welcome with red wine , fruits and light breakfast, snacks, water, even milk for several days. The location of apartment is close to Bari's train station around 10-15minutes ( 700m) and the old street around 15minutes too by walk. There is no elevator , should reach to the apartment on first floor by stairs

The door of the apartment should be double checked by the host bcz when we want to go out , we need to close the door very strongly and loudly to lock it , we felt inconvenient in the early morning with such sound from the door. . But this is a small thing for us bcz all the perfect welcome and preparation by the host made our vacatiion perfect. Tks you

As a breakfast I expected some bread and some butter at least. We had a croissant per person, crackers and jam. To drink milk, coffee and tea. It was OK but I was expecting something else.

Cleaning lady was friendly.

Although we had agreed on a check in time, the flat was not ready so when we got there, nobody was there to let us in and the host had made no attempt of getting in touch with us even though they had known for hours that the flat wouldn't be available for another couple of hours.

The host provided milk, coffee, wine, croissants and a hair dryer. The apartment was close to both the station and to town AC in one bedroom. The host kindly allowed us to store our bags for a couple of hours after check out time.

One bed in the bedroom was a camp bed. No AC in living room, which was not ideal as one guest had to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room and the fan provided just circulated hot air. No linen initially provided for the sofa bed and there was a strong smell of smoke (despite the description saying smoke free home) the host appeared to be defensive when we asked for linen but we put this down as a translation issue via text. Linen was sent over after the 3rd request. Similarly Graffiti on outside building made a guest feel uncomfortable about the area

Nothing

The host, she was terrible rude. For the host was unacceptable to wait from 14.30 to 16.30 while we reach the apartment. She yelled to us on the phone. Never saw something similar.
