1. First of all, the communication was not efficient at all regarding the check-in information. Even though we had sent our passports on time, we couldn’t reach the host by phone to get the door code. 2. The entrance door of the apartment did not work properly. It was very difficult to open, and a few times we ended up stuck outside. 3. The apartment does not have air conditioning and it was extremely hot during the night. The only option was a fan, which was very noisy. 4. On Booking it says that breakfast is included, but it did not match our expectations. The breakfast consisted of packaged croissants and rusks, with milk left outside the fridge at 30°C.

la posizione è senza dubbio il punto di forza della struttura, molto comoda perché vicina alla stazione e al centro città.

la porta della stanza era rotta e la maniglia non era stata aggiustata. Il bagno si trovava fuori dalla stanza, ma questa informazione non era indicata chiaramente al momento della prenotazione. Considerando il prezzo pagato per una sola notte, il costo è risultato eccessivo rispetto ai servizi e alle condizioni offerte.
