The Admirals House - Central Bath & Free Parking

The location was excellent, close to the city centre. There was plenty of space for a large number in the house not to feel crowded. Two kitchens in this house was great with plenty of spare plates and glasses . Kitchens were very well equipped. Lounges were very comfortable.

The parking was a little away from the house and limited to 2 spaces, but nothing is perfect. One of the spaces is uneven and caused issues with getting the car out, so take care.

Absolutely incredible house. Only 10 of us stayed and there was so much space we didn't even need to use some of the rooms. Decor is incredible and you can really believe you are in an Austen adaptation. Everything was well stocked with more wine glasses than you could ever need and the dishwashers were so useful. Staff were really friendly checking us in and phoning/messaging during our stay to check in and give recommendations. Location is great, 20 minute walk from the train station and 5 mins to shops and restaurants. Some great local places even closer like The Bath Cider House.

A very good property to share with friends. It is a period building, with some of the original features still in place. It is comfortable and has excellent social areas. I like the Aga and the two kitchens.

The condition of the property is really poor, broken walls, bad condition stairs, signs of humidity and damaged wall decorations and it is not very well cleaned. It is a pity, because it is really a nice house.

The big house with lots of space to be together was perfect for our group of 13 friends. Most of them came from abroad and loved the 'old English' experience. The location was great, just an easy 10 min walk from the centre.

it was very central to Bath and easy walking distance to attractions, shops and restaurants. Size ideal to accommodate large family gathering with large dining table and 7 bedrooms. Two parking spaces in Bath a fantastic bonus. The rooms were very communal and fantastic for a family party to socialise.

Property very tired and kitchen needing updating. Stairs are a chore to go to one kitchen to the other to cook a dinner party as needed to use both as Aga very low temperature. Dishwasher tablets should be left in sealable box and not on the side as children thought they were sweets in a dish. The unloading at the rear is not as convenient as led to believe especially in rush hour if no space available. Would be nice to have had use of a hoover especially if children there.

Beautiful period house in great location. 7 bedrooms and 2 kitchens. Lovely new bathrooms. Quick response to queries from helpful staff

Very cold when we arrived - large rooms with high ceilings. Many steps could be a problem for some. Not easy to park or drop off by car - but an easy walk from station

The location was so convenient. The rooms were lovely and the kitchens were brilliant, especially the Aga. The dining room and library were great for meetings. Such a lovely place to be.
