Super tidy and clean, the host provides almost everything to use. The location is excellent as well!!

Appreciated that there was a washing machine and some racks to dry your washing. The communal area was nice and spacious and the seats were nice to relax in.

It was inconvenient at times to have to share a shower with everyone else in the accommodation. It would be nice to have some chairs or a small couch in the Japanese style rooms as well.

Self check in and check out which was really handy. Super clean and modern, all of the facilities were nice. One of the nicest places I've stayed in Japan. Super close to the stations, 7/11, supermarket and petrol station. Good internet

Only 1 shower for the whole place, at least 9 rooms

I stayed here during the winter of 2025. It is a nice place to stay. Everything was clean and nice. About 2-3 min walk from the nearest train and bus stop. The location is really great. Easy to locate. There is a convenience store next to this place.

I don't have any complaints about this place. However, the price was a bit high. Internet speed also fluctuated sometimes during my stay, which I didn't like.

The iron box is not available to iron the clothes.

- If you visit Biei via JR train or bicyle, the location is good. - 711 in 150m range.

- The entire house has only one bathroom, and there is almost no area prepared for changing clothes (a water heater is installed), so the overall experience is very poor. - The stairs and corridors are extremely narrow, about 70-80 cm wide, which is tight for even one person to walk, and it is very inconvenient and potential dangerous to carry luggage up and down the stairs. - Room 6 has a very strong smell, and ventilating by opening the window does not help. It is unclear whether the smell is from insecticide spray or from new renovations.

Well equipped guest house

Only 3 groups of people stayed that night, not noisy. But if it’s a full house, could be an issue.
