Clean and comfortable room, includes parking right next to the building (further, at the station, in the winter due to snow, apparently), includes a kitchenette and lounge area. 7-11 around the corner. Self check in and self checkout are simple and instructions are clear.

First floor rooms are right by the kitchenette / lounge and are noisy when other guests are active. Although there are signs to be quiet in the lounge area, it depends on who you encounter during your stay if they're sensitive enough to be quiet with the dishes, cooking, etc.

Impossible to talk to anyone. Only automatic messages

This is contactless check in. Easy for us to check in late night. Short walking distance from Biei train station. Clean and quiet.But it will be good if wardrobe /hanging place is provided.

location, facility

Newly renovated, therefore very clean. Nice social areas and clean shared bathrooms. Good location within Biei.

Not a whole flat but a room in a guesthouse. Could be a little loud, if you are staying on the 1st floor next to the social area and there are loud guests staying there.

Generally it’s very good, the room was very spacey, internet was stable and fast…

Need to wait for a while to take a shower as there is only one shower room.
