V easy access, property clean, beds comfy, great location, easy parking

Some areas need a bit tlc, broken blind, mould in places (bathroom, ceiling corners). Wasn’t aware bathroom downstairs.

Location was perfect to beach front and high street where a lot of restaurants, shops and Saturday market is. The beds are extremely comfortable! The team were on standby and responded very quickly when we had a query and accommodated a later checkout where they were able to

Ventilation in bathroom isn’t good, but there is an extractor and can open windows

Location was great, it was nicely decorated and very spacious. It was very comfortable and well heated! The owner/manager is very responsive and sends comprehensive instructions with any issues resolved quickly. Well equipped and modern.

Some very minor cleanliness issues (there was a hair on the covers in the master bedroom), and dust issues from newly fitted internal doors, which wasn't great for the asthmatic travelling with us but is the reality of building upgrades. When I reached out about fine door sawdust making a garment dirty, they did get back to me quickly with a fair resolution and cleaning plan. There is only 1 bathroom so if you have 5+ guests it may be a bit difficult as we found it! Not a "didn't like" per se but others considering booking should note there are lots of steps up/down in the building into adjoining rooms that aren't pictured and might be difficult for very small children or people with mobility issues!

The house very very clean and well located. It was also quiet considering we were there during a storm 🤣

Immediate parking outside the property was the only (minor) downside, but we knew this prior to booking and parking on the street directly adjacent was fine. The street name is Ark Lane.

Perfect location for everything that Deal has to offer. Ideal cottage with all the facilities you require. Clean, tidy and great value for money. We will be booking again.
