Seaside bungalow 5 mins walk to beach and town

The location is fantastic. The house is clean and very spacious for a family on holiday. There’s a large garden to the rear, and parking on the driveway. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and made the stay even better with their helpful attitude and warm welcome.

Great location for both beach and town. Quiet and comfortable. Well equipped. Good choice for a family holiday.

Location and parking Easy walk to town and beaches though a slight hill but our 4 year old grand daughter managef it with no issues. Availablity to book. Most propertied in Bude are booked up at least a year in advance for August. This property was available.when all similar properties were booked up.3 bathrooms ( once renovated)

Not as clean on arrival as we would expect.bathrooms need renovation smell of fussed and damp in ensuite and bathroom.Hot tub not usable after 4 days due to smell and colour. When we arrived hot tub was cold so obviously had been emptied and clean water put in. Chose not to use or complain as we had lost confidence in the hot tub. Messaged owner regarding issues and.some bathroom renovation is to be done and hot tub removed. So if the bathrooms were renovated we would consider returning. However it still wouldn't be 10 out of 10. At best 9 out of 10. But this is still very good if you can take dogs. Unfortunately if we knew of these issues we would not have booked.Also the price for next year is cheaper so we guess this due to hot tub removal so are disappointed we paid extra and were unable to use all week Luckily we had excellent weather so the issues didn't spoil our holiday.

the location was excellent: just a five minute walk to Crooklets beach.

Lovely quiet road and a nice walk to either Bude or Crooklets beach. Very well presented property with all the mod cons you would have at home. Great to have 3 showers too! The owner was very professional to deal with and helped immediately when there was a minor problem.
