Traditional House in Historical Center of Faro

Location central. Well equipped. WiFi. Attractive inside. Good value. Owners helpful.

No TV channels. Noisy. Can hear cafe, Street noise and neighbouring property. . No adequate privacy over front door (needs a curtain), front door needs to be more secure. Bed uncomfortable. Checkout too early, should be 11.00

Faro was the last destination during our Portugal trip and this is where we had the best apartment experience. I was super excited when booking this house for our stay because we were looking for something more authentic and not IKEA flat. And when i found this house, i knew this would be the perfect way to finish our Portugal trip - and it was indeed! The hosts are very easy to communicate with - fast with responding, you can really feel from their messages that they put a lot of effort to maintain the house and that they care about it - i really appreciated this:) The house itself is amazing - its petite but definitely enough space for a family with a kid or a small group of friends to stay (we were just two of us though and we felt super comfortable there in terms of space). Its very well decorated and you can see the personal touch almost everywhere in the house. The kitchen had everything we needed so we managed to cook some breakfasts/dinners, the location is great - there is a nice pastelaria just next door with the most delicious pastels! Grocery shops in 5 min walking distance, same for bars and cafes/restaurants. To be honest we were soooo happy that we chose this exact house for our stay because we were already quite tired from travelling and in the house we really did manage to relax and be in peace. Ah, you can also hear the birds singing when opening the door in the kitchen. Isn't that lovely?:) once again big thanks to the hosts for letting us in earlier and being flexible!

The only thing I could recommend is to have a different kitchen towel, as the one that was in the kitchen is more appropriate for bathroom in my opinion:) And thats it!

The place is very lovingly outfitted and wonderful for a couple to spend a few nights, it has everything you need and it's close to everything. Don't miss the nearby bakery that opens at midnight!

It's a so cozy lovely little house that has everything you needed to stay. A great location, very centered, and easy to get around. Laura is very friendly and the most helpful person during the time I stayed, I will definitely come back to stay with this little house for my next time traveling.
