La Casa sotto la Torre antica

Posizione ottima per accedere a due bellissime spiagge, una a est e una a ovest della torre, raggiungibili a pochi minuti a piedi. A seconda della corrente meglio quella a est se il vento tira verso est, e quella a ovest se il vento va verso ovest. A metà giugno le spiagge erano frequentate ma non piene. Esperienza perfetta! Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in 3 adulti e un bambino di 3 anni. La casa è attrezzata di tutti i comfort inclusi lettini, ombrelloni e giochi per la spiaggia. La doccia nel giardino è molto utile. La cucina ha tutto il necessario. La proprietaria Consuelo ci ha dato molte informazioni anche rispetto a ristoranti e negozi. Venendo da Cagliari aeroporto ci siamo fermati a fare una grande spesa al Conad di Pula. È necessario acquistare anche i saponi per la lavatrice e per lavare. Olio, sale e zucchero erano presenti nella dispensa (.a l'olio quasi finito quindi lo abbiamo acquistato nuovamente). I mini market della zona sono molto costosi. Invece i fruttivendoli valgono la pena per la qualità dei prodotti, soprattutto i fichi neri sardi buonissimi. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene nel ristorante a 5 minuti a piedi da casa (torre di chia), quello del campeggio. In auto abbiamo raggiunto facilmente la spiaggia di su giudeo e altre località interessanti. La casa ha un bellissimo panorama sull'entroterra ed è molto ventilata. A metà giugno non c'erano zanzare.

Super lokalizacja, bliskość plaż, świetne restauracje w pobliżu. Właścicielka wspaniała i bardzo pomocna. W domu znalazłam wszystko czego potrzebowałam. Gorąco polecam .

L’emplacement de la maison entre 2 magnifiques plages qui sont à 50 mètres. La maison est grande est grande, super bien équipée avec un petit jardin et un barbecue.

Everything was great: the warm welcome of Consuelo, the close location to the beach - perfect with children, the garden and terrasse to relax.

Nothing

We spent 14 days at this place in the summer of 2024. It is an exceptional location, especially its location to 2 beaches that are very nice and not crowded with people. There are flamingos living near part of one beach. One beach is also suitable for staying with smaller children. The accommodation is completly equipped, we did not miss anything. The view is of an olive orchard and mountains. The host is very caring, kind and helpful. The accommodation is part of a large house where there are 3 other apartments. It is a quiet destination, away from hotels, exactly the place we are looking for. It is definitely necessary to have a rental car, most services are not in walking distance.

Sometimes it was very audible when the neighbors above us moved their chairs away from the table and didn't pick them up. Somebody can feel this disturbing.

Fantastic location with exclusive access to the 2 beautiful beaches. The owner Mrs Consuelo met us there to hand over the keys, she wanted to show us around and she was happy to do so even though our arrival time was outside the checking in times, she was very helpful and kind and went out of her way with any help or information we needed, fantastic place along with one helpful and kind owner, thank you Mrs Consuelo, we will be back.

Everything was great, A dishwasher would be a bonus, also we had to pay for linen and towels when we got there (no beach towels, you need to take them with you.

This house is situated near the raw of the very beautifull beaches, surrounded by beautiful cliffs, flamingo lakes and some off the beaten track places. The owner of the house is so friendly and helped us a lot with transfer and useful reccomendation. There is a garden near the house, so eating outside there is very special and nice.
