The property was lovely, clean and tidy. The property was warm and comfortable. Location was great and only a short car journey from town. Good communication from the team prior to the stay.

The TVs do not work and we’re not easy to operate. The TV remotes didn’t work in both bedroom and lounge. We had to download a TV remote app to use the TV in the lounge. I think this should be advertised on the ad.

External entry needs immediate renovation attention sign board should be bigger from road view cannot be seen at night future visitors need a torch stairs should have white stripes on no coffee machine front door mat strip is dangerous no bath mat very slippery Location is a little far for people with walking problems taxis get a bit expensive no bus service

Brilliant location, parking space convenient, good sized property for our needs.

No coffee machine (despite advertised). The whole place wasn't clean, the bathroom was disgusting, the edges of the rooms were all dusty, the kitchen sides were sticky, & we weren't provided with basic cleaning equipment such as bin bags or a sponge for washing up, the final finish of the property was also poor. There was a card addressed to a Simon (not us) on the side on our arrival, so we felt maybe it hadn't been cleaned since his visit to the property.

Great location just 8 mins to pulteney Bridge. Very warm and comfy front room, decent size kitchen and dining area. Allocated parking space is a great addition as permit on all local roads

The flat was excellent. Clean and comfortable. Warm and well equipped. Genuinely only a 10 minute walk from centre of Bath and fantastic to have a free private parking space and excellent communications from the host.

Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken so we were unable to enjoy the Nespresso coffee that was provided. The bedroom was a little cold despite the radiator being on and very minor but the clock in the living room has a dead battery so that caused some slight issue with us leaving late for an appointment. Over all it was great though.

Great location. Easy to walk from apartment to centre and didn’t need google maps after first day. Spacious lounge and nice dining area. Easy communication with host and answered any questions we had about our stay and if we needed help with anything 😀

Coffee machine wasn’t working however this wasn’t much of an issue for us. Netflix account was signed out however after asking for the details they replied immediately and sorted this out which was great
