Waterman's Cottage

Gorgeous cottage in the quiet conservation area of sandwich. 2 double bedrooms and good size with small terrace.

No parking, but didn't bother us as could drop luggage off and then go and park car about 200 yards away.

Everything!..also heard through my brother, who lives near sandwich, of the owners and their story and philosophy.. very moved .. and the love is felt in the home .. a gem of a cottage . I loved staying there and my friend , who is living with cancer , was happy to be there. I would love to return at some point and/or stay on the barge .

Nothing to dislike

Location was perfect, house had everything we could want. Instructions and communication were really clear, with great advice throughout.

Not much...really was a great place.

Very very squeaky bed in main bedroom. Garden needs a tidy up. Need extra comfortable chair in front room for watching television.

The little cottage is decorated and furnished truly delightfully. I loved everything about it, especially the art on the walls in the living room. For someone who loves cooking, there's a huge, perfectly kitted out kitchen with an enormous cooker!

There's absolutely nothing we didn't like.

House was a good location. Could be a lovely cottage but it felt very sparse in the kitchen. The living room was not great, there was not enough room for 4 of us to sit. It needs some comfy sofas, a basket of logs for the fire. We spent most of our time outside of the property as it did not feel cosy.
