Absolutely perfect little cottage in a very beautiful, calm village. The owners live in the cottage behind and we’re kind enough to let us put our bikes in their shed overnight. I liked that there was clothes washing detergent provided to make life a bit easier.

Everything was fine.

We had a wonderful stay at Carr's cottage. It was clean, warm and cosy. It was perfect for exploring the Peak District. Ricky was so kind and helpful. We will be returning as soon as possible.

Beautiful little cottage, very cosy and comfortable. Clean and tidy rooms with comfy beds. The kitchen was very well equipped, there was everything we needed (and more). Nice to have Netflix as well. Location was great, (lovely little village with very interesting history), walking distance to local pubs and shop. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and our little girl didn't want to leave, she loved the cottage so much!

Location excellent for walking and local amenities very convenient. A good amount of space and comfort inside the property plus some limited outdoor space. Good standard of furniture and equipment. The host was friendly and helpful.
