Our stay was great! The house has everything you need. Very quiet and peaceful. All interesting places, train station, beach, shops are quite close.

Departure from the house is early, 10 am, and if you plan to spend another day at the sea, then there is NOWHERE to leave your luggage and there are no storage lockers at Deal.

The house facilities, layout and interior and having a garden. Easy to use heating. which made the house comfortable in spite of poor weather.

Car parking a little tricky but acceptable..

Secluded, but near to everything. Garden catches the sun throughout the day. Very cosy, good kitchen, lounge and dining. Bedrooms basic but comfy. Felt secure and quiet at night. Was able to relax pretty quickly.

Parking can be a bit tricky at peak times. Power sockets not obviously located or accessible. Would expect solid internet and streaming services.

Lovely attention to detail and beautifully decorated and furnished. Particularly loved the beds and bed linen which made for a very comfortable sleep during our stay. Very nice crockery and glasses and equipment in the kitchen. Great shower and bathroom. Easy to adjust heating and warmed up quickly. Location was nice and quiet but only a short stroll into town or to the beach. Loved the garden to sit in with a cup of tea but we were lucky with the Easter weather!

Whilst not affecting us as we had private parking elsewhere I can see that this could be an issue. But it would simply mean a short walk. We are also used to underfloor heating and the lovely tiled floors in the bathroom and kitchen were chilly 🥶😁 so bring slippers!

Excellent communication before, during and at the end of our stay. The location was perfect with a short walk into the main high street, with bars and shops. The house was clean, tidy, and modern with all the necessary amenities. Bed was super comfy and slept really well. Very quiet street, which felt safe to be in late at night.

There wasn't a dedicated parking space outside the house. However, free parking was still available within the same street and not too far to walk with luggage.
