"Excellent place to relax and enjoy the town of Deal."

Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Welcome box of cakes. Quiet. Close to the shore. Easy to take our dog for a walk onto the grass by the beach. Dog friendly. Good location for visiting Deal and Walker castles and day trips to Dover, Sandwich and Ramsgate.

The property was very well maintained. Excellent location for all amenities and within walking distance.

The quilts were too hot and a fan would be a great idea. Maybe an extra handrail at the top of the stairs would be helpful.

"Exceptional"

It's a great location, close to the beach and a short walk into Deal. Lots of amenities on the doorstep and good facilities. We were made to feel really welcome with cakes and a bottle of milk in the fridge which was a nice touch.

Cosy, comfortable and well furnished. Within walking distance to seafront, town and castle.

Nothing really although the heater in the sitting room is a bit noisy!

"Comfy little house to explore"

It is a lovely well maintained and equipped little house just back from the beach road, so nice and quiet at night. Roughly equal distance to Deal and Walmer and their castles, a nice easy walk along the coast path. Well equipped kitchen with milk and cakes waiting for us. Good choice of cafes nearby for breakfast. Owner very helpful.

"Half term break by the sea"

Felt like a nice home to stay away in with family for a few nights. Everything you could have needed was there

Parking is difficult on the back streets, this was in Feb, in summer i doubt its even possible

"Lovely stay, would use again!"

The cottage was clean, bright and comfortable. In the summer it would be fab as it's near the beach. Chilly this time of year!

The stairs were steep, but we knew this! The parking was unfortunately very busy 😔

"Very good"

Great location - easy to get into town, a stone's throw from Walmer Green, the beach and the seafront walks. Nice little cottage. Cosy, with underfloor heating downstairs. Fully equipped kitchen and a lovely touch was the box of cakes left for us, with some fresh milk in the fridge. We'd recommend this as a great place to stay. Well done to the hosts.

Parking is free on the street but as with most parts of Deal and Walmer, not always guaranteed to be in front of the door.
