The caretaker was great. Beach access was great.

The beach is littered with wrappers, plastic, plastics forks, spoons, etc. filled with floating rafts and extremely crowded. You are able to swim at high tide (morning), but low-tide it is not possible. The house is run-down and not well depicted in the pictures supplied by the owner. We arrived at 1:00 right during a scheduled brown out which we were not made aware of until we arrived. The power did not come on until 6:00 PM, so no water, ref, air, lights, etc.
