The location was excellent for town and beach

I think the steps leading to entrance should be made safe. When leaving you have to carefully step over a narrow piece of wood . To then reach the top step which is to narrow to use. So you have to step down to the second one. It is very precarious especially when wet. Could easily miss, and as they are fairly steep and of solid concrete, seems quite dangerous

Sand Dune is just what we wanted. It is very comfortable with just about everything you need when you are on holiday. It was beautifully clean.

Absolutely nothing. The WiFi is a little slow - especially when watching tv - but that didn’t bother us at all. You’re on holiday, read or talk to one another or go out in Looe!
