3 Bedroom Entire Home - Centrally located in Katy, Texas

A three-bedroom house with a moderate floor area, suitable for a family of five, featuring a spacious and comfortable kitchen. The living room and dining area are warm and cozy.

If there are two restrooms, it would be better.

I didn’t like anything at all. I would say the tv having Netflix can be the only thing if anything.

This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I stayed at this property in Katy, TX in September 2025, and it was unsafe, dirty, and completely misrepresented from the listing photos.     •    Safety Hazards: The only bathroom had two doors—one didn’t open at all, and the other had a broken, serrated metal handle that cut my fingers badly. The back sliding glass door didn’t close properly, the front door handle was loose, and one window was literally taped up. On top of that, there was a hornets nest directly at the front entrance, making it dangerous to even enter or leave the house.     •    Dirty & Unmaintained: The listing photos look nothing like the actual property. In reality, it was full of stains, burn marks on furniture, and overall neglect. The linens were all black to hide dirt, yet when we arrived, they had hair and visible dirt in them. The floors had debris from previous guests. Nothing about this home felt clean or cared for.     •    Rude & Unprofessional Host: When I reported the hornets nest, the host laughed at me and dismissed it as “June bugs” until I zoomed in on the photos. He was rude and dismissive both to me and to Booking.com when they tried to help. Eventually, he stopped responding entirely.     •    Deposit Scam: The host took my $400 deposit via Zelle, outside of Booking.com, and never returned it. That deposit alone was almost the price of the stay. Despite leaving the property clean and having proof of it, he refused to refund me. Booking.com eventually canceled my stay, but I still lost money, lost days of my trip, and suffered an injury because of this property. Overall Experience: This was a terrible, unsafe, and deeply uncomfortable experience for both me and my wife. The property is nothing like advertised, not well maintained, and operated by a dishonest host who ignores problems and takes advantage of guests. ⚠️ This listing should not be on Booking.com or any hosting platform.

The property was very close to our Katy family! We were there for a graduation so really didn’t spend a little of time in the house. It suited our needs very well

The beds were a bit too firm, and a full length mirror would be a good addition. Backyard was a little rough

Spacious. I would suggest a better mattress for master bedroom also a full-size mirror in the room. They have them at Walmart for seven dollars.

Cleaners left left people before belongings there also under couch was filthy spiderwebs everywhere under couch

Location is centralised to facilities,shopsmalls etc It was quite easy linking up to the rest of Katy

Hot water shower needs to be checked. It gets cool after 7 mins The AC is noisy The backyard needs cleaning

The property has everything you need, the location is good and the neighbourhood is very quiet. The garden is nice and relaxing place to sit in the evening.

Only one bathroom was a little difficult at first as there was 7 of us staying there. Advertised as pull out bed on sofa but this wasn’t really the case. The sofa was big so we did manage to put a younger guest there.
